Adopt double-veneer, high pressure board , the section edge is sealed with PVC edge banding by autonamic banding machine.
3, electricity equipment:
Adopt teaching safety main power, with control drawer, AC and DC current of low voltage. The teacher can control the start , cease and blowing rate of the draught fan,also the total electricity power used for students( DC 2-24V, AC 220V).
4, water supply and drainage:
The water channel is water sealing type, which can avoid the waste water backflow and stuffing by waste residue.
The water injection well choke was made with copper and galvanized with Cr, the water valve is made with Ceramic chips , firm and reliable.
5, Ventilation
Adopt chemical resistance UPVC plastic, 6.5# rate adustable centrifugal fan (power:5.5KW, n=0~1450/min, blowing rage: 0~12000 cubic meter/hr. The draft hood is Sheltered or umbrella type , flex and spin freely, made with ABS engineer plastic. The frequency of aeration is not less than 20times/hour, noise figure is between 0~55A. It blow at constant speed, the efficency of polluted gas extracting can be up to 95%.
